The People of Carter Avenue in Fort Worth Want You to Know

...
Chesapeake wants to do what's never been done before: Pipe highly flammable, corrosive, unodorized, wet gas through a neighborhood. Of course the neighborhood is filled with poor multi-ethnic people.

This is the first such pipeline in the nation.
From a Star Telegram report: The Texas Department of Transportation won’t allow the pipeline to run along Interstate 30, so Chesapeake chose a route along Carter Avenue, a short residential street. The pipeline is to be bored beneath the front yards of more than 30 homes, and the company filed condemnation suits against several homeowners last year.
The Carter Ave. residents are asking for support to educate people about what is happening in their neighborhood and what will likely happen all across the nation if this becomes common practice.
